Thank You

Ashkenaz Music & Dance Community Center is grateful to its patrons, volunteers, staff, board of directors, donors, musicians, dancers and all of the wonderful people who make Ashkenaz the place that it is.

The Cajun Film Night Benefit for Ashkenaz on Tuesday, August 31 was both nostaligic and uplifting. We showed two incredible films about the history of Louisiana's Cajun and zydeco music. Thank you to John Whitehead, producer & director of Make 'Em Dance: The Hackberry Ramblers Story for giving us permission to show his film in its Bay Area debut and Chris Strachwitz & Les Blank, directors of J'ai Été Au Bal.

Thank you also to the businesses that donated for the raffle:
