Through the practice of Taiji’s forms, postures and Qigong exercises, this class emphasizes the structure that Chinese medical and martial arts principles are built upon and the philosophy that guides them. Proper alignment and use of your body develops strength and balance, access to life-force (qi aka “chi”), improved cognition, stress reduction and relaxation. The result when practiced over time is longevity and improved quality of life. All genders, ages and experience levels are welcome and can benefit from this class.
